About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Draft wills and related legal paperwork that accurately represent client instructions.
• Collect and scrutinise client details to guarantee completeness and accuracy of documents.
• Clearly explain the document needs and subsequent procedures to clients in understandable terms.
• Keep meticulous file notes and document records throughout the creation process.
• Examine drafted documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correct formatting prior to finalisation.
• Oversee document workflow to ensure smooth and timely progression of matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve document queries and confirm client instructions.
• Manage sensitive client information confidentially during document preparation.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in drafting wills or similar legal documents with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills for crafting clear and accurate documentation.
• Capability to comprehend and translate client instructions into practical legal documents.
• Proficiency in reviewing documents for content accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
• Confidence in managing records and maintaining well-organised filing systems.
• Effective communication skills to convey document requirements to both clients and internal teams.
