Role Overview
Join UC's dynamic Work Integrated Learning (WIL) team as a Placement Advisor, where you'll play an instrumental role in managing and supporting student placement programs across various academic areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Offering administrative assistance related to placements to faculty, industry partners, and students, including clarifying requirements, expectations, and schedules.
- Keeping accurate placement records using InPlace software and other relevant platforms.
- Engaging respectfully with stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent communication of WIL policies and procedures.
- Handling challenges and misunderstandings sensitively and professionally among diverse groups.
- Contributing to ongoing enhancement of WIL procedures through planning and reviews.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate excels in customer service and relationship management, particularly under ambiguous or complex circumstances. They display strong attention to detail, are adept at prioritizing multiple tasks, and foster a collaborative work environment. Experience with placements in education or health sectors is advantageous.

Eligibility Requirements
