Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Werkzeugwechsler (Tool Changer) to join our team in Langenau, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

Key Duties

• Prepare the appropriate tools in line with the changeover plan.
• Mount and dismantle tools on the machine.
• Set up and initiate the machine, including starting production approval.
• Inspect the condition of tools and record the tool lifecycle documentation.
• Perform minor repairs on molding machines and tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as a Plastics and Rubber Technologist or an equivalent qualification, formerly known as Process Mechanic for Plastics and Rubber Technology.
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field.
• Good knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics; familiarity with electrical engineering is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
