Candidate Profile

• Completed training as a toolmaker or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in tool or mold making considered advantageous
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and using measuring instruments
• Knowledge in machining, materials science, and precision assembly
• Practical experience in manufacturing, maintaining, or repairing tools

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacturing, assembling, and maintaining tools, molds, and fixtures
• Operating machining processes including milling, turning, grinding, and electrical discharge machining (EDM)
• Inspecting dimensional accuracy, fits, and functional characteristics
• Repairing and improving existing tools to ensure production capability
• Documenting manufacturing and maintenance activities thoroughly
