We are seeking a skilled Welder / Fitter to join our team at Prakhyath Machines & Machine Tools Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This position requires proficiency in various welding techniques and the ability to read technical blueprints accurately to maintain high-quality standards in fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze blueprints and technical specifications to guide welding tasks.
• Setup and operate diverse welding equipment including MIG, TIG, arc, and laser welding machines.
• Execute precise welds and conduct thorough inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain and service welding tools and equipment to guarantee operational efficiency.
• Follow strict safety procedures and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment during work.

Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Competence in MIG, TIG, and arc welding technologies.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in welding tasks.
• Skill in reading and comprehending technical drawings and blueprints.
• Good manual dexterity complemented by effective problem-solving abilities.

Experience

Prior hands-on experience in multiple welding techniques is essential for this role.
