Job description
Role Overview
As a WEG property manager, you will independently oversee a designated real estate portfolio, acting as the primary contact for owners and external service providers. You will organize, lead, and document homeowners' association meetings and ensure the implementation of subsequent resolutions. Additionally, you will prepare and process invoice payments and handle other assigned tasks using the CRM system Domus/Navi. You will also supervise modernization and maintenance tasks following contract awarding.
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Professional experience in property management, ideally residential property administration (WEG).
- Solid proficiency in standard MS Office applications and excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with DOMUS ERP and DOMUS CRM software is advantageous.
- Efficient working style combined with confident and diplomatic communication skills for interacting with clients.
