Position Overview
GreatHR Solutions, a leading provider in staffing and workforce solutions focused on ERP, Cloud, Programming, and AI domains, is seeking a skilled Websphere Commerce Developer based in Chennai, India. The role involves working extensively with HCL Commerce / Websphere Commerce Suite (WCS) 8.x to customize online stores, manage business logic, and handle catalog, order, and user flow enhancements.
Core Responsibilities
- Customize and extend stores using HCL Commerce / WCS 8.x.
- Develop and maintain business logic and catalog, order, and user-flow processes.
- Implement solutions using Java, J2EE, and WebSphere technologies.
- Utilize Spring Boot and Spring MVC frameworks alongside REST APIs.
- Develop and integrate REST and SOAP-based web services.
- Employ front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with Next.js and React in production environments is mandatory.
- Proficient with version control and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Exposure to B2B eCommerce and Punchout integration is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience with Headless or Composable Commerce architectures is beneficial.
