Web, Graphic Design & Social Media Coordinator

Role Overview

CASTAMO Furniture & Interiors, based in Doha, Qatar, seeks a versatile and creative professional to oversee the digital footprint of the company. This role involves managing website content, graphic design, social media initiatives, and assisting with customer interactions at the showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and update the company's WordPress and WooCommerce websites, including product and landing pages, banners, and general website content.
• Create engaging visual content such as social media posts, stories, advertisements, catalogs, and various promotional materials.
• Produce and edit short-form videos and Instagram Reels to boost digital engagement.
• Manage and update daily content for Instagram and Facebook platforms.
• Capture product photographs and videos as required to support marketing efforts.
• Handle customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online channels promptly and professionally.
• Assist with basic CRM activities, including follow-up communications and scheduling showroom appointments.
• Develop simple moodboards and furniture presentation materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with WordPress and WooCommerce platform management.
• Skilled in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
• Experienced in social media content creation and video editing techniques.
• Strong visual acumen and branding awareness.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
• Prior experience with furniture, interior design, retail, or lifestyle brand sectors is advantageous.
• Must be located in Qatar to fulfill on-site responsibilities.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Friday: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Sunday: Weekly day off
