About the Role
Happy Hommes Group is seeking a skilled Web Developer to design, launch, and manage high-quality websites supporting our interior design, construction, and related home services. This position is full-time based at our Rajarhat–New Town office in Kolkata, requiring a minimum of two years of practical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain mobile-friendly, professional websites for Happy Hommes Interiors and Happy Hommes Design & Build.
- Create compelling landing pages for Google and Meta advertising efforts.
- Regularly update project showcases, service details, multimedia content, blogs, and customer reviews.
- Implement forms, WhatsApp buttons, click-to-call features, and CRM integrations to capture and manage leads.
- Configure and verify Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Optimize site speed, navigation, technical SEO, and overall user experience.
- Administer domains, hosting services, SSL, backups, security patches, and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate effectively with founders, designers, and marketers to translate business needs into website functionalities.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure secure management of website assets and credentials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Working familiarity with PHP, hosting environments, DNS configurations, and site migrations.
- Solid grasp of responsive design principles, technical SEO, and performance enhancements.
- Ability to independently execute end-to-end website projects from concept to launch.
- Strong design sensibility, meticulous attention to detail, and dependable project delivery.
- Proficient communication skills in Bengali or Hindi, with good comprehension of written English.
Preferred Experience
- Background in building websites for interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Experience with CRM systems, API integration, and marketing automation platforms.
Additional Information
This is an on-site role located in Kolkata's Rajarhat–New Town area. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's portfolio, skills, and relevant experience. Candidates are requested to submit a CV alongside links to at least three live websites they have personally developed, including a brief explanation of their roles in these projects. Selection will focus on practical abilities, portfolio quality, and consistent delivery.
