Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer who also specializes in Meta advertising and AI-powered workflow automation to join our team full-time at our Dehradun office. This role requires strong expertise in website development, digital marketing via Meta platforms, and leveraging AI tools for business process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and refine websites and landing pages ensuring enhanced speed, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Implement integrations of forms, CRM systems, tracking pixels, and various third-party tools necessary for seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve website technical issues while adding new features to improve functionality.
- Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, focusing on lead generation, customer registrations, and sales.
- Analyze campaign metrics including cost per lead (CPL), click-through rates (CTR), and conversion performance; perform A/B testing for creative content, audience segmentation, and ad copy.
- Collaborate closely with content and sales teams to enhance the quality of generated leads.
- Develop and oversee AI-driven workflow automation for marketing and operational tasks, integrating platforms such as CRM, website, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp.
- Automate repetitive tasks using AI and low-code/no-code tools to improve lead management, follow-up processes, content creation, and reporting.
- Stay up to date on innovative AI tools and incorporate them to support business scalability and efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience combining web development and digital marketing.
- Proficient with Meta Ads Manager and marketing technologies including pixel tracking, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Practical knowledge of AI applications and workflow automation solutions.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.
- Capable of working independently and demonstrating ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Available for full-time work at the office during business hours from 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Compensation
