Wavespace Experience Designer (Supervising Associate/Assistant Director) - Riyadh

We are expanding our wavespace innovation centers in the MENA region, including a new center in Riyadh, and we seek an Experience Designer to enhance client engagements by crafting creative designs, engaging narratives, and seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized and repeatable wavespace sessions following the Scan–Focus–Act methodology.
• Convert complex challenges into impactful visual materials such as mood boards, storyboards, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Design and create digital collaboration canvases using platforms like Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Guide clients in using digital collaboration tools and immersive environments effectively.
• Partner with Experience Leaders or Managers to plan workshop flows, narratives, and facilitation strategies.
• Support facilitation of client workshops, co-creation sessions, and ideation activities.
• Conduct research on innovation trends, sector developments, and user requirements to inform design choices.
• Contribute to establishing experience design standards and toolkits for the Riyadh wavespace launch.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent visual communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Strong foundation in design thinking and human-centered design methodologies.
• Fluency in designing presentations and materials in both Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear visual representations.
• Comfortable facilitating or co-facilitating interactive sessions.
• Collaborative approach suited for fast-paced creative environments.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal qualification in design thinking, innovation, or experience design disciplines.
• Prior experience in innovation labs, design studios, or consulting roles.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience.
• Mandated fluency in Arabic.
• A comprehensive design portfolio showcasing your work.
