Water Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the technical design and delivery of water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate closely with councils, water service organizations, and multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff, especially at senior and leadership levels.
• Ensure all technical deliverables comply with industry standards and meet client expectations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering.
• Have practical experience within the three-waters sector.
• Hold Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status for senior or principal-level positions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain effective client relationships.
• Demonstrated commercial insight and a proven record of managing complex projects, particularly in leadership roles.
