Watchman

Position Summary

The Watchman position requires vigilant observation and protection of our clients' sites in Abu Dhabi. Serving as the primary security presence, the role ensures the safety of personnel, property, and assets at all times.

Key Duties

• Conduct regular patrols and monitor premises to deter and detect unauthorized access.
• Inspect all entry and exit points frequently to confirm they are secure.
• Operate and observe CCTV surveillance systems for unusual or suspicious activities.
• Alert relevant authorities promptly of any security breaches or incidents.
• Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential security hazards.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities and any incidents.
• Support emergency protocols during events such as fires, thefts, or threats.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to clients and visitors.
• Work in coordination with fellow security staff to uphold a secure environment.
• Adhere strictly to organizational security policies and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in security roles or law enforcement is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively.
• Capability to stay composed under stressful or emergency situations.
• Physical fitness to stand and patrol for extended durations.
• Understanding of foundational security practices and operational protocols.
• Familiarity with CCTV and related security monitoring equipment.
• Willingness to work during nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to secure a security clearance and pass background verification checks.

Additional Information

Immediate joining is required for this full-time, onsite role based in Abu Dhabi. Flexibility in working hours is essential.
