Waste Data Administrator (FRED Software)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Waste Data Administrator skilled in using FRED software at our shipping company based in Chennai. The role involves accessing and processing UK waste and weighbridge data, ensuring accuracy, and reporting to the UK team during UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Access FRED software to obtain UK waste and weighbridge details.
• Verify data including waste type, weight, customer, and other relevant information.
• Input precise waste data through the designated UK digital waste portal.
• Track submissions, troubleshoot errors, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive Excel records of waste data and generate daily and weekly reports for the UK team.
• Work UK business hours and maintain effective communication with the team based in the UK.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation degree with proficiency in English and computer operations.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management.
• High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Preferably prior exposure to data entry, logistics, waste or recycling operations, or compliance matters.
• Experience with FRED software is advantageous but not mandatory as training is available.
• Ability to work UK shift timings from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
