Warehouse Systems Developer

About the Role

CJ Logistics runs an automated e-commerce fulfillment center located in the Special Integrated Logistics Zone in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a Systems Developer to support our software infrastructure for warehouse operations and production. This role focuses on development close to the operational floor, where solutions you develop are implemented and used swiftly on the warehouse floor, often within the same week.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain various internal software applications, tools, and scripts that facilitate warehouse processes.
• Design and build reports, interfaces, and implement enhancements related to SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Create operational dashboards utilizing system data to support decision-making.
• Identify and resolve software issues through bug fixes and updates, managing change requests effectively.
• Maintain clear documentation of your codebases and system configurations for reference and continuity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years' practical experience in software development.
• Strong command of at least one programming language such as C#, Java, or Python, along with proficient SQL skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, adapt effectively, and collaborate well within a team environment.
• Good proficiency in English to communicate effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with SAP systems or Warehouse Management/Control Systems (WMS/WCS) is advantageous.
