Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations at Optisupply Chain Solution Private Limited in Hyderabad. The role focuses on managing warehouse processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining high client service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound and outbound warehouse activities, as well as inventory control processes, to guarantee operational accuracy and seamless flow.
• Execute daily cycle counts and conduct monthly stock audits to uphold inventory integrity.
• Oversee loading and unloading tasks, making sure goods are stored correctly in assigned locations.
• Coordinate last-mile delivery operations, managing timelines and accuracy to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with delivery partners and internal teams to overcome last-mile logistical challenges and optimize delivery routes.
• Monitor key performance indicators for last-mile deliveries, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Act as the main liaison for multiple clients, promptly addressing their operational inquiries and requirements.
• Maintain superior service standards through timely communication and resolution of client issues.
• Manage inventory levels with regular reconciliation of audit discrepancies.
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver Management Information System (MIS) reports highlighting warehouse performance, inventory status, and client-specific KPIs.
• Engage with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance with service standards.
• Assess vendor performance continuously and suggest improvements when needed.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and maintain hygiene standards within the warehouse.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience handling warehouse operations, preferably with multi-client facility management exposure.
• Comprehensive understanding of inward/outward inventory processes, cycle counting, audits, and overall inventory management.
• Skilled in using warehouse management systems and preparing detailed MIS reports.
• Strong communication, client management, and negotiation capabilities to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered for this position is INR 20,000 to 24,000.
