Job description
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor at Petgenics Pet Products, you will manage daily operations and oversee logistics to ensure smooth material receiving and product dispatch. You will be responsible for assigning tasks, scheduling shifts, and optimizing warehouse space and layout to handle products efficiently.
Inventory management is a core part of the role, including conducting physical and cycle counts regularly, reconciling stock differences, and maintaining accurate shipment records using Warehouse Management Systems or ERP software like SAP.
Leading the warehouse team involves training and supervising staff in company procedures, material handling, and equipment usage, along with monitoring productivity and key performance indicators to improve workflow effectiveness.
