Warehouse Staff / Pick & Pack / Delivery Driver

About the Role

QPack, a thriving company specializing in food packaging and hospitality supplies, seeks dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse and delivery teams at Coopers Plains, Queensland.

Primary Responsibilities

• Selecting and packaging customer orders accurately.
• Caring for stock and performing general warehouse tasks.
• Loading and unloading shipments.
• Transporting orders to customers as part of delivery duties.
• Supporting warehouse activities on non-delivery days.
• Engaging in regular walking and physical work.
• Occasionally lifting items up to 20 kilograms.

Candidate Profile

• Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exhibits a positive mindset and solid work ethic.
• Physically capable and comfortable within a warehouse setting.
• Previous warehouse or delivery experience considered advantageous.
• Must hold valid Australian work rights.
• Junior applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Comprehensive training will be provided.

Employment Conditions

• Casual or part-time engagements require a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
• Full-time roles involve working 5 days weekly.
• Shift durations vary between 3 to 8 hours.
• Operations occur daily between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
