Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Packing Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities and packing operations, ensuring efficient management of personnel and processes tied to inventory, orders, and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the daily workflow of warehouse and packing activities.
• Manage and oversee staff involved in packing operations.
• Handle inventory control, stock monitoring, and order fulfillment processes.
• Coordinate procurement activities alongside packing and dispatch schedules.
• Create and maintain daily operational reports utilizing Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure timely shipment dispatch and smooth functional operations throughout the shift.
• Oversee the complete night-shift warehouse and packing operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate packing teams efficiently.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.
• Prior experience in warehouse management or dealing with fresh produce operations is advantageous.
• Exhibits responsibility, discipline, and the capacity to work autonomously.
