Warehouse Operator - Weekend Night Shift

Work Schedule

This position requires working Thursday to Saturday nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Role Responsibilities

• Receive and log all deliveries at the site following company procedures.
• Utilize computerized stock management systems efficiently.
• Monitor consumable stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
• Prepare all materials required for production.
• Calculate foil needs for new orders and process these requests.
• Transport goods between company sites using a company vehicle when necessary.
• Manage and supervise carton coding for production processes.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers concerning deliveries, shortages, or other related issues.
• Prepare and tally material returns from production for customer dispatch.
• Assemble pallets of finished goods for shipment complying with customer requirements.
• Maintain precise records of inventory receipts, stock movement, and hand over to Quality Assurance after completion.
• Follow all operational procedures related to job functions and participate in retraining sessions when required.
• Collaborate constructively with other departments to ensure production batches are prepared timely for use in manufacturing or trials.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promptly report any hazards or defects to the Safety Officer.
• Operate forklifts safely and obtain additional training and certification as requested.
• Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all activities.
• Ensure excellent housekeeping and organization within the warehouse area.
• Report any quality deviations or non-conformances to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Be flexible to work across all manufacturing facilities as needed.
• Optimize racking usage to maximize storage efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of external building areas.
• Complete training and achieve accreditation for operating high bay reach trucks.
• Perform other related duties aligned with the company's goals as assigned periodically.
