Work Schedule
This position requires working Thursday to Saturday nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Role Responsibilities
- Receive and log all deliveries at the site following company procedures.
- Utilize computerized stock management systems efficiently.
- Monitor consumable stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
- Prepare all materials required for production.
- Calculate foil needs for new orders and process these requests.
- Transport goods between company sites using a company vehicle when necessary.
- Manage and supervise carton coding for production processes.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers concerning deliveries, shortages, or other related issues.
- Prepare and tally material returns from production for customer dispatch.
- Assemble pallets of finished goods for shipment complying with customer requirements.
- Maintain precise records of inventory receipts, stock movement, and hand over to Quality Assurance after completion.
- Follow all operational procedures related to job functions and participate in retraining sessions when required.
- Collaborate constructively with other departments to ensure production batches are prepared timely for use in manufacturing or trials.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and promptly report any hazards or defects to the Safety Officer.
- Operate forklifts safely and obtain additional training and certification as requested.
- Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in all activities.
- Ensure excellent housekeeping and organization within the warehouse area.
- Report any quality deviations or non-conformances to the Quality Assurance Manager.
- Be flexible to work across all manufacturing facilities as needed.
- Optimize racking usage to maximize storage efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of external building areas.
- Complete training and achieve accreditation for operating high bay reach trucks.
- Perform other related duties aligned with the company's goals as assigned periodically.
