Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily operations at the Karratha Warehouse and Trade Centre to ensure smooth workflow.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective order processing, communication, and inventory management.
- Handle essential documentation including ROSAs, dangerous goods paperwork, sales, and delivery records.
- Oversee stock management activities such as receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, dispatching, cycle counting, and stocktaking.
- Manage damaged goods and respond to customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Undertake purchasing, dispatch, and invoicing duties when required.
- Assist with reporting tasks, data entry, and support ongoing process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain housekeeping standards (5S), and promptly control any spill incidents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and collaborate effectively with the Trade Centre team.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report any defects immediately.
- Act as support for the Trade Centre in the absence of the manager.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Possession of a valid forklift license with practical experience operating counterbalance forklifts.
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous alongside excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Strong commitment to health and safety, good physical fitness, self-motivation, and being a collaborative team member are essential traits.
