Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager with a minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally within the clothing industry. The role involves comprehensive management of ecommerce warehouse functions to ensure streamlined, efficient workflows and high productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations within the warehouse, ensuring both efficiency and productivity are maximized.
• Design, implement, and uphold standard operating procedures governing all warehouse processes.
• Handle the entire order management cycle from receipt to dispatch, guaranteeing timely fulfillment and accuracy.
• Develop and execute effective return management strategies by analyzing return data to improve processes.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct systematic stock audits while coordinating with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Provide leadership by training, motivating, and guiding warehouse staff to meet and exceed operational targets, fostering a workplace culture centered on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• At least two years of warehouse management experience, preferably in the apparel or clothing sector.
• Technical proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software solutions.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with effective problem-solving, analytical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
