Job Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic warehousing plans and system frameworks aligned with company goals, including setting process standards and annual objectives.
• Design warehouse layouts and equipment configurations to standardize and enhance intelligent warehouse operations for improved efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations covering receipt, storage, inventory verification, and order fulfillment while tracking critical KPIs like inventory turnover and accuracy.
• Optimize operational workflows and resource allocation to maintain streamlined processes, minimize errors, and reduce losses.
• Analyze warehousing cost elements such as labor, equipment, and space to establish cost-saving initiatives and enhance automation tool adoption.
• Continuously monitor labor productivity and space usage to increase overall warehousing efficiency and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of warehouse personnel while optimizing team structure to boost execution capability.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and handle emergencies to prevent risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, sales, and other departments to align supply chain activities and resolve interface challenges.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine warehouse services, boosting customer satisfaction and competitive positioning.
