About the Role
Reef Group is looking for a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead and supervise the daily operations of our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role entails ensuring accurate inventory management, safeguarding product integrity, maximizing operational efficiency, and guaranteeing timely product availability for various branches and sales channels under company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily warehouse activities including receipt, storage, issuance, transfer, and returns of products.
- Arrange warehouse areas to optimize accessibility, maintain safety standards, and streamline inventory processes.
- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and shipment documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee order assembly activities for branches, sales platforms, and customers ensuring precise picking and timely dispatch.
- Conduct routine and cyclical inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and execute necessary corrective measures.
- Track inventory levels closely, collaborating with Planning, Distribution, and Procurement teams to balance stock.
- Enforce safety and quality protocols across all warehouse operations to protect both products and personnel.
- Monitor and report on damaged, slow-moving, or expired stock, providing insights and recommendations for resolution.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes including receipt handling, storage, picking, and delivery to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all inventory movement entries and warehouse transactions in the system are accurate and timely.
- Collaborate with Logistics and Distribution units to synchronize order readiness with delivery schedules.
- Evaluate warehouse team performance, assign tasks, and uphold standards for productivity and quality.
- Analyze causes of warehouse errors such as inventory mismatches, delays, damage, and picking faults, implementing solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance teams when inspections or handling of non-conforming products is necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive regular reports covering inventory status, productivity metrics, stock counts and variances, damaged goods, and order completion.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, and authority limits governing warehouse operations.
- Support company expansion and new branch launches by ensuring inventory and supply readiness.
- Lead and develop warehouse staff to boost operational discipline and team capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a similar discipline is required.
- Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience managing warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Demonstrated experience handling warehouse receiving, storage, picking, issuing, transfers, returns, and inventory cycle counting.
- Proficient in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and investigating inventory variation causes.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP platforms, and inventory software for maintaining accurate records.

- Comprehensive understanding of warehouse workflows and inventory management principles.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively arrange warehouse storage for optimal operations.
- Robust analytical abilities to detect issues and enforce corrective procedures.
- Proficiency with WMS, ERP, and inventory management systems ensuring data integrity.
- Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate the warehouse team.
- Excellent coordination and communication capabilities collaborating across departments such as Logistics, Distribution, Planning, Procurement, and Quality.
- Good grasp of warehouse safety and quality compliance standards.
- Strong follow-up, detail orientation, and operational management skills.
Languages
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for this role.
