Warehouse & Inventory Officer

Role Overview

Heaven Green Energy Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Inventory Officer to efficiently handle daily warehouse inward tasks, inventory upkeep, ERP data entries, stock audits, and related documentation. The appointed individual will ensure that all materials received are accurately matched against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans, and Invoices. Maintaining consistency between physical stock and digital ERP records will be essential.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily inbound material receipt and related activities.
• Confirm materials correspond with purchase documentation and invoices.
• Inspect quantities, product specifications, packaging integrity, and condition of all incoming goods.
• Label and assign storage locations properly to all materials.
• Maintain thorough warehouse documentation and ensure orderly storage practices.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in store, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Hands-on involvement with material receipt processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems for inventory management including GRN preparation.
• Skills in conducting stock reconciliation and verifying physical inventories.
• Capability to detect and address discrepancies in inventory.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP and warehouse SOPs is an advantage.
• Experience in sectors like solar energy, electrical goods, manufacturing, or EPC warehouse functions preferred.
