Job Summary

Staffing Titans Private Limited invites applications for the role of Warehouse Executive at Flipkart under the Big Billion Days festive hiring initiative. This opportunity is open to freshers of all genders and is based in Kolkata, specifically Bira Shibpur and Bagnan locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders by packing them securely into boxes or mailer bags.
• Retrieve products accurately from warehouse shelves following order sheets.
• Perform barcode scanning of products during inbound, sorting, and dispatch processes.
• Restock incoming inventory promptly into designated bins and racks.
• Organize parcels systematically by pin codes, hubs, and delivery routes.

Working Hours and Shifts

The position requires participation in day and night rotational shifts. Each daily shift lasts 9 hours, consisting of 8 hours of work and a 1-hour break.

Compensation Details

• Basic Salary: ₹11,955 per month
• Net Take Home: ₹10,893 per month
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹120 per night (amounting to ₹1,200 for 26 nights)
• Food Allowance: ₹1,040 per month
• Overtime Pay: ₹1,000 per month
• Estimated Gross Earnings: Between ₹14,000 and ₹15,000 monthly

Additional festive benefits during Puja include double sign bonuses, performance incentives, and a festival bonus.

Accommodation

Accommodation is offered at a nominal rent of ₹1,200 per month with an advance payment requirement.
