Position Overview

We are seeking a trustworthy Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role involves accurately receiving, storing, and dispatching chemical and rubber products safely, maintaining precise inventory records, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Prior experience in chemical or rubber industries is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents; verify quantity accuracy, packaging condition, and labeling.
• Unload and organize materials in designated storage areas; ensure separation of chemicals and rubber following safety protocols.
• Prepare orders by selecting, packaging, and loading the correct product, batch, and quantity; coordinate with transport providers, drivers, and labor to maintain timely dispatches.
• Maintain detailed inventory records including batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage locations; apply FIFO and FEFO methods for stock rotation; conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
• Alert purchasing and sales teams regarding inventory levels that are low, damaged, slow-moving, or near expiration.
• Generate and manage documents such as Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), delivery challans, dispatch logs, and stock registers; organize invoices, LR copies, test certificates, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS).
• Update stock information daily using Tally/ERP or Excel and produce daily stock and dispatch reports for management review.

Candidate Profile

• Prior warehouse or storekeeping experience, ideally in chemical, rubber, or raw materials sectors.
• Basic proficiency with Tally/ERP software and Microsoft Excel for data entry and generating reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in record keeping and numerical data handling.
• Capability to supervise a small team and maintain composure during busy dispatch periods.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with handling hazardous chemicals and relevant safety training.
• Experience using barcode systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or ERP platforms.
• Knowledge of port operations, Container Freight Station (CFS), or container handling related to imported goods.
• Basic skills in assessing quality of incoming materials.

Compensation and Work Terms

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
