Job Overview

The role of Warehouse Executive involves managing the entire process of order fulfillment within the warehouse. This includes receiving online orders, picking and quality checking the items, packing them appropriately, dispatching shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Duties

• Process online orders using computer systems.
• Pick products according to the invoice details.
• Conduct quality checks on orders before packing.
• Pack items securely with appropriate packing materials.
• Dispatch orders by handing them over to courier services.
• Maintain inward and outward registers with correct data entry.
• Record pick lists by data entry.
• Print orders from the computer system.
• Use email and specialized software for order processing (training provided).
• Coordinate with B2B teams and handle dispatch data for both B2B and B2C orders originating from other states.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer and mobile device usage.
