Position Overview

This full-time permanent position as a Warehouse Clerk (Logistics Coordinator I) is based in Brantford, Ontario, working remotely. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm, with a wage of $14 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all operational forms are completed accurately for day-to-day warehouse processes.
  • Manage and update daily dock schedules and communicate with carriers to set appointments and track load statuses.
  • Serve as a point of contact for customers and contractors regarding shipment schedules, product details, and load issues.
  • Make quick, dependable decisions aligning with customer and company requirements.
  • Perform basic administrative duties to support warehouse functions.
  • Provide after-hours client support as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays via phone and remote equipment.
  • Process small package shipments using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Prepare and handle customs documentation for shipments to the US and international destinations.
  • Coordinate logistics for the movement of parts, supplies, and materials within the facility, ensuring timely shipping and receiving.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of experience in clerical roles or warehouse operations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated customer service abilities.
  • No travel requirements; not DOT regulated.

  • Hourly wage: $14.
