Warehouse and Quality Control Associate

About the Role

This full-time position based at our Noida fulfilment centre involves meticulous handling of product verification, quality control, and packaging duties. The associate will manage approximately 30 to 40 electronic products daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine products following specific category verification guidelines.
• Verify product condition, operational status, included accessories, serial numbers, and other critical details.
• Detect and report any inconsistencies, damages, or missing components.
• Accurately document verification outcomes.
• Ensure products are properly packed for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment while handling products with care.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with companies like Cashify, Dackby, Refit, Apple, or Salesmart is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronics inspection techniques is beneficial.
• Keen attention to detail and fundamental understanding of electronic devices.
• Comfortable handling smartphones, laptops, and similar electronic items.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Previous experience in warehouses, quality checking, e-commerce, or electronics sectors is an advantage.
