Job Description and Responsibilities
- Execute and enforce warehouse policies related to order management, ensuring flexible and efficient picking and loading processes to achieve operational excellence and timely, customer-centered deliveries.
- Ensure timely receipt, issuance, and dispatch of goods according to agreed cutoff times.
- Implement quality assurance strategies and policies across warehouse operations.
- Contribute to annual budget planning for the warehouse area and manage daily expenditures.
- Oversee ambient and cold storage warehouse operations to optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and a sustainable inventory control system for both cold and ambient storage areas.
- Manage stock levels, monitor deliveries, and support Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) processes.
- Ensure minimum work conditions are met for all warehouse employees, covering both cold and ambient store environments.
- Provide training and education to operations staff on company policies and procedures.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental programs for both cold and ambient storage.
- Promote BRF's corporate management culture among the team while motivating employees toward high performance.
- Develop and regularly monitor inventory integrity procedures to ensure accuracy between records and physical stock.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory and develop action plans for discrepancies.
- Enforce corporate quality assurance policies throughout all product handling stages.
- Plan and manage weekly operational forecasts (stock, inbound, outbound) to allocate resources efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and adapt operational policies and procedures to maximize resource utilization and minimize risks.
- Continuously improve warehouse processes by developing new workflows and procedures.
- Coordinate physical inventory counts with controlling teams and prepare documentation for inventory adjustments.
- Monitor physical counts related to warehouse asset management.
- Establish and maintain a KPI management system defining responsibilities, authorities, and metrics.
- Participate in meetings with procurement, maintenance, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, including HACCP, within the workplace.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards on site.
- Maintain workplace 5S standards consistently.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food defense protocols, and other related procedures.
- Comply with environmental policies and conduct safety inspections across different areas.
- Work to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) by maintaining effective presence on the lines.
- Support BRF’s sustainability initiatives by ensuring routine compliance with ESG commitments and sustainability plans.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
