Position Overview

The company is conducting walk-in interviews for Structural Engineer and Manager roles focusing on Mechanical, Fabrication, and Erection disciplines, specifically for projects in Amaravathi and Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Required Documents

Applicants must bring original certificates and testimonials along with one photocopy set, including:

• Recent passport-size photograph (1)
• PAN card and Aadhaar card
• All educational certificates and testimonials
• Appointment and salary revision letters from current employer
• Experience certificates from all previous employers
• Updated resume and last three months' pay slips
• Bank statements for the last six months

Note: Candidates lacking these documents will not be interviewed.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead fabrication, erection, installation, and commissioning of heavy steel structures.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality requirements, and safety standards.
• Manage structural engineering teams, subcontractors, and fabrication yards effectively.
• Coordinate with design, QA/QC departments, and project stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Experience

• Qualifications: B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5 to 15 years, preferably over 15 years on large-scale steel structure projects, including industrial plants, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Previous experience with reputed construction contracting firms handling commercial and high-rise residential buildings.
• Willingness to work across South Indian states including Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala.
