Role Overview

This full-time, on-site waitress role is based in Ras Al Khaimah. Primary duties include greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders for food and beverages, and serving items promptly and professionally. Waitstaff ensure tables are prepared and maintained according to company standards, monitor guest satisfaction, and address requests courteously and efficiently. Daily coordination with kitchen and bar staff is required, as well as accurate processing of payments. Responsibilities also involve adhering to hygiene, safety, and quality protocols, assisting with events and catering as needed, promoting menu offerings, and fostering a welcoming and guest-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Excellent customer service and guest relation abilities to foster a warm and positive dining experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests, teammates, and supervisors respectfully and clearly.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverages, including familiarity with menu items, upselling skills, and awareness of dietary considerations.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for precise order taking, table setup, and handling of cash and POS systems.
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tables and working collaboratively within a diverse team.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety standards, and professional presentation, aligning with UAE hospitality norms and company policies.
• Prior experience in restaurants, cafés, or catering is advantageous but not required.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays, with a positive mindset geared toward continual learning and growth.
