The Clermont Victoria, located centrally in London near major landmarks and one of Europe's busiest train stations, is a luxury 4-star deluxe hotel with 345 rooms recently revamped at a cost of £20 million. This role involves joining the Food and Beverage team as a service member, primarily responsible for delivering food and beverage service during breakfast hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables efficiently.
- Personalize guest interactions to enhance satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
- Develop multi-skilled capabilities by occasionally performing tasks in other hotel departments to support flexible operational needs.
