• Utilize advanced sales skills to promote bespoke services, concepts, and special promotions to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Play an active role in preparation and execution of events, parties, and exclusive functions.
• Contribute positively to team atmosphere through participation in meetings and ongoing specialized training sessions.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Preferably 1–2 years of prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel setting.
• Exemplary personal grooming that aligns with brand standards and a polished demeanor.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling engaging conversations and meaningful guest interactions.
• Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail and a hands-on, can-do spirit.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Demonstrated capability to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to profitability by adhering to industry-leading standards.

Compensation and Benefits
