Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and ensure a professional and courteous dining atmosphere.
• Explain menu selections clearly and recommend suitable food and beverage options.
• Precisely record and manage customer orders.
• Serve food and drinks adhering to fine dining etiquette and standards.
• Set up and maintain table settings before, throughout, and after service periods.
• Continuously gauge guest satisfaction and promptly address any inquiries or issues.
• Keep the dining area tidy and well organized.
• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar personnel for efficient order delivery.
• Accurately handle guest transactions via the POS system.
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and health protocols.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with the restaurant’s standards.

Requirements

• Completion of high school education or an equivalent qualification.
• At least two years of experience working in a fine dining environment.
• Strong skills in customer service and effective communication.
• Professional demeanor and a positive, cooperative attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a variable and fast-paced workplace.
• Basic proficiency in English communication; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and proper food and beverage service methods.
• Willingness to work during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Team-oriented with meticulous attention to detail.
