Role Responsibilities

• Carry out all necessary duties to deliver food and beverage service in line with the hotel's performance standards.
• Welcome and seat guests, serving them courteously, discreetly, and personally.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu of the allocated outlet to assist guests with guidance and recommendations.
• Continuously oversee the quality of food and beverages served.
• Maintain excellent customer relations by addressing complaints and inquiries satisfactorily.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet, including maintenance of all service tools and equipment.
• Manage all service preparations before, during, and after service (including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene).
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Apply proactive up-selling techniques to surpass guest expectations and boost revenue.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants ideally hold a diploma or degree in hospitality or relevant vocational training in food & beverage and should have prior experience working as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant environment. Proficiency in English is required along with strong guest service skills and interpersonal abilities.
