Waiter / Steward

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and courteous Waiter / Steward to join our team at Harsukh Foods in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, accurately taking and serving their food and beverage orders, and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Duties

• Warmly greet incoming guests and make them feel welcome.
• Precisely record food and beverage requests from customers.
• Serve orders promptly and courteously to guests.
• Keep dining tables tidy and properly arranged at all times.
• Assist diners by suggesting menu options and providing recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the dining space.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle basic guest inquiries and issues.

Candidate Qualifications

• Between one to four years of relevant work experience in hospitality.
• Strong communication skills complemented by a customer-focused approach.
• A positive attitude combined with the ability to collaborate well within a team.
• Readiness to work in rotational shifts as required.
