• Swiftly clear and tidy tables once customers have finished their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas within the dining environment.
• Ensure all cutlery, crockery, glasses, and related service utensils are spotless and well organized.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints tactfully, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Adhere strictly to the café's standard operating procedures, hygiene, and service protocols.
• Assist with pre-opening and closing tasks, including cleaning and organizing the service space.
• Maintain a neat professional appearance in line with the café’s grooming policies.
• Offer support for other operational responsibilities as required.
