Waiter / Steward

Position Overview

The Waiter / Steward role entails delivering swift, courteous, and efficient guest service within a lively restaurant setting, aimed at ensuring an excellent dining atmosphere at all times.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, attentive, and friendly service to customers while upholding high standards during busy periods.
• Accurately take food and drink orders; collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve meals and beverages with attention to presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all service areas, tables, and equipment in accordance with restaurant protocols.
• Address guest inquiries and handle basic complaints professionally and without delay.

Candidate Requirements

• Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-moving environment, especially during high-traffic hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a positive attitude.
• Background generally preferred in Hospitality Management, but open to all backgrounds.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
• Preferred language skills include English, Hindi, and Assamese.
