Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and deliver courteous, professional service throughout their visit
• Accurately note down food and drink orders from guests
• Serve food and beverages efficiently to diners
• Assist guests with menu explanations and provide suggestions
• Maintain clean, orderly, and appropriately set tables
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff and other service team members
• Respond to guest requests with politeness and promptness
• Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant area at all times
• Adhere to the established service and hospitality guidelines of Rooz

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers as well as individuals with prior experience
• Experience in roles such as waiter, steward, restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage service is advantageous
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Neat appearance and proper presentation
• Positive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced restaurant setting
