Job Overview

We are seeking a courteous and professional Waiter to join our team at Khadak Singh Da Dhaba in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service to guests while ensuring smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver attentive, respectful customer service.
• Take accurate orders for food and beverages and serve them promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of tables, dining zones, and service areas.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to facilitate timely service delivery.
• Address guest questions and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene standards, standard operating procedures, and company policies within the restaurant.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment is desirable but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Possess strong communication capabilities along with a friendly customer approach.
• Ability to function well in a team setting and handle busy, demanding shifts.
• Present well-groomed appearance, exhibit punctuality, and maintain discipline on the job.
