Overview
We are seeking a courteous, lively, and customer-oriented Waiter to become an integral member of our restaurant staff at Apna Dhaba.
Key Duties
- Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival.
- Accurately record orders for food and beverages.
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly to customers.
- Clarify menu details and respond to customer inquiries.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of tables.
- Collaborate efficiently with kitchen and other personnel.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service.
- Set up and clear tables before and after dining periods.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism.
- Adhere to standards for hygiene, safety, and service within the restaurant.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Effective communication and customer service abilities.
- Basic understanding of food service and restaurant operations.
- Capable of thriving in a high-paced work environment.
- Professional demeanor including punctuality, politeness, and neat appearance.
- Team-oriented with cooperative skills.
- Experience in restaurants is advantageous but not essential.
Compensation and Employment Type
This is a full-time role offering a monthly salary between 12,000 and 15,000 INR, depending on experience and skills.
