Vulnerability Management Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Vulnerability Management Engineer to lead efforts in identifying and mitigating security risks across our enterprise endpoints. This role requires expertise in vulnerability assessment, endpoint security, and patch management within dynamic IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular vulnerability scans and comprehensive assessments on enterprise endpoints to identify potential security weaknesses.
• Analyze security findings to prioritize risks and coordinate remediation activities with relevant teams.
• Implement and oversee deployment of security patches using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM platforms.
• Monitor and track remediation efforts ensuring strict adherence to security policies and compliance standards.
• Assist in endpoint hardening projects and enforce security baseline configurations.
• Resolve issues related to endpoint security and patch deployment through effective troubleshooting.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline security processes and generate reports.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience specializing in Endpoint Security or Vulnerability Management.
• Practical knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools, including Tenable.
• Proficient in managing endpoint security and patch deployment through Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365 suite, Active Directory services, and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong analytical abilities coupled with effective troubleshooting and communication skills.
