Role Overview

We are looking to strengthen our Bretten team as a Vorarbeiter Maler (Foreman Painter) at the earliest possible date.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage both setup and dismantling of construction sites.
• Guide and supervise assigned skilled and unskilled workers.
• Perform quality control, rectify any defects, and actively participate in painting tasks, especially challenging ones.
• Inspect the execution quality of all tasks performed.
• Prepare measurements and calculate services provided.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a painter and varnisher and/or several years of professional experience.
• Willingness to take on responsibility, with strong commitment and team spirit.
• Self-reliant working style, strong communication skills, and enthusiasm for the profession.
• Interest and motivation for personal development.
