Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled VMC Machine Operator to join our team at MJ Surgical in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and programming VMC machines to ensure high-quality production while meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform VMC machine setup, operation, and production tasks.
- Conduct in-process quality control and manual programming adjustments.
- Edit and fine-tune machine programming to optimize performance.
- Carry out meticulous job setting, including piece part setup and manual coding.
- Possess strong knowledge of cutting tools and machining paths.
- Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to enhance productivity without compromising quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient in operating Fanuc or HAAS controllers.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and prepare machines accordingly.
Compensation
The offered salary ranges between 15,000 and 30,000 INR per month.
