Job Overview
The role involves operating the Vertical Machining Center (VMC) to produce quality components by correctly clamping and de-clamping parts. Maintaining the shop floor following 5S standards and safety protocols is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform component production through precise clamping and de-clamping activities on the VMC machine.
- Keep accurate records relating to the quality of manufactured components.
- Ensure the shop floor adheres to 5S organization principles and safety measures.
Work Schedule and Location
The position requires working in any of the three shifts: Shift 1 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Shift 2 from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM, and Shift 3 from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. The job is based at 2/159, Pattanampudur, Coimbatore - 641016.
