About the Role

Join the esteemed House of Parfums Christian Dior in Dubai as a Visual Merchandising Trainee. This role embodies the founder's vision of cultivating a more beautiful and happier world while establishing the brand as the ultimate symbol of French luxury and joyous elegance. As part of the Marketing department's regional Visual Merchandising team, you will support enhancing the Maison's image throughout the Middle East by managing guidelines and collaborating closely with regional partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the ordering, management, and timely distribution of all visual and movie loop content to relevant markets in alignment with the marketing calendar.
  • Create updated visual simulations for selected retail locations and validate market-specific visuals to ensure respect of marketing plans and consistency across the region.
  • Maintain an up-to-date VM database by organizing comprehensive information on all points of sale within the regional assortment.
  • Review trade animation visual allocations to align with Maison strategy and priority focuses.
  • Develop forecasts for all new Skincare launches in cooperation with commercial and market teams, adhering to budget constraints, and monitor POSM reception and country dispatch.
  • Update Skincare planograms using IWD software per marketing schedules, ensuring commercial priorities are respected, facilitate communication to countries, and monitor implementation.
  • Provide timely VM guidelines distribution for all Skincare updates, covering guidelines, local productions, and centralized planograms.
  • Support VM activities related to point-of-sale openings, including managing VM books and coordinating local production and installation efforts.
  • Create and disseminate an internal Visual Merchandising newsletter highlighting essential VM assets, guidelines, and upcoming launch content across markets.
  • Collect and summarize local VM teams’ reports on brand installations, window displays, store openings, seasonal setups, and related events to monitor regional performance and consistency.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess a university or business school degree.
  • Have initial experience in Project Management or Visual Merchandising.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Suite and IWD is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate a sharp eye for detail and proactiveness with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Show creativity and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Exhibit strong planning and organizational abilities ensuring accurate and timely task completion.
  • Possess excellent communication skills to foster effective teamwork and stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
