Role Overview

We are seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Alter Wall store in Hamburg. The main responsibility is to uphold and implement the brand's visual merchandising standards consistently across the store, aligning with corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, particularly within designated zones assigned by management.
• Execute layout plans as directed by store management.
• Set up and install window displays and campaign styling in line with pan-European directives.
• Style mannequins based on campaigns while considering current market trends.
• Construct and position effective in-store displays following marketing and promotion guidelines.
• Regularly inspect all visual elements, including mannequins, displays, lighting, and light boxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Participate in regular meetings with the store management team to enhance awareness and maintain consistently high visual merchandising standards.
• Train and onboard sales staff regarding visual merchandising and display standards.
• Assist store management in optimizing store efficiency and upholding customer service quality.

• Experience and knowledge in styling.
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for fashion and current trends.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure with resilience.
• Flexibility and a collaborative team spirit.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
• Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser is advantageous.
