About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Create inspiring sales areas: develop and implement creative product presentations aligned with our design concept to engage customers;
- Plan and build seasonal and theme-based window displays reflecting current campaigns, trends, or special sales promotions;
- Provide creative support for seasonal sales events including executing marketing campaigns and local events;
- Collaborate with and train colleagues in visual merchandising, merchandise service, and sales to achieve optimal results together.
Candidate Profile
- Preferably completed training as a visual marketing designer or prior experience as a Visual Merchandiser in fashion and lifestyle;
- Strong creativity and a keen sense for trends and aesthetics;
- Passion for retail and understanding of customer needs within a multichannel retailer;
- Excellent sensitivity for high-quality brands and standards;
- Confident handling of design tools and software;
- Manual dexterity and craftsmanship skills.
